I had the same problem before after upgrading from 128MB to 256MB of PC100 memory. The funny thing now though is that I'm back to 128MB, but thats with 128MB of HSDRAM at 140MHz 2-2-2. I don't really need more than 128MB though, since I'm using Win98SE.
