Wazzup ya'll!

I just ran the 3DMark2001 with a system I'm building for someone and it crapped out. Specs:
Iwill KK266
1Ghz AXIA @ 1120(8x140 - default voltage)
Crucial 256MB PC133 CL2 (set to 5-2-2, 4-way)
300W PSU
TT Volcano II
Radeon LE w/3124 beta drivers
Plextor 16x10x40 CD-RW
Maxtor 20GB 7200 ATA100
Win2k Pro
2 Panaflo L1A case fans
BIOS temp reading immediately after reboot 43C/27C (CPU/CASE)

It crapped out on different occasions. I used Radtweak and have set the profile to their 3DMark2001 setting and also their Opps! Back to default profile. I have tried to run 3DMark2001 with the LE @ 160 & at default (148?). It locked the pc up either way. I am guessing it is the video card overheating. I have done NO mods to the gpu.

Any suggestions?

After that everything it will work.
