I put a GeForce3 Ti200 in a PIII 733 box with dual boot Win98/Win2K. My 3d Mark 2001 scores seem about right considering it is only running with a PIII 733-- About 5000 under Win98 and and about 4050 under Win2K.
Running 3d Mark 2000 I get can get over 6000 under Win98 but consistently only about 2950 under Win2K. Various drivers including the newest release have been used with the same result. AA has been turned off in all tests. Reading reviews and benchmarks seems to reveal only small differences between 98 and 2K scores. I just can't figure out why my 3d Mark 2000 score is taking such a large hit under Win2000 and yet the 3d Mark 2001 scores are about equal.
