HI guys,im new around here so i hav some questions.

First of all,my system:a64 3000+(754s-newcastle)2.26ghz
ashrock k8upgrade-760gx
1gb ram
160gb hd
msi 6800ultra 256mb(434/1110)

My 3d mark2005 score is around 5100-5550.Is that right?can i score more?
Also can i oc my 3000 to 2.40?without having a cooler?and my card can be oc more?i cant understand the oc process yet.
