3D Mark results, A7V8X Deluxe vs A7N8X Deluxe.

I just swapped my A7V8X single channel DDR MB and 512mb stick of Mushkin level II recently.

I used the 9800 (BIOS flashed to Pro) out in it first for a direct comparison to the new A7N8X Deluxe dual channel DDR MB.

MB: Asus A7N8X Deluxe Rev 2.00
CPU: Barton 2500+ @ 3200+ (11x200 FSB)
HS/F: Retail AMD (for now)
RAM: 2x256mb Mushkin level II PC3500
VC: Radeon 9800 (BIOS flashed to Pro)
SATA HD's: 2xWD Raptors in RAID 0
ATA HD: WD800JB
CDRW: LiteOn 52x24x52
Case/PSU: Antec/True Power 430W
Mouse: Logitech Mx 700
Monitor: Mitsubishi Diamond Pro 930sb
OS: W2K Pro SP4

Results on A7V8X Deluxe with 2500+ (11x166 FSB)

3dmark 2001SE = 14540
3dmark 2003 = 5344

Results on A7N8X Deluxe with 2500+ (11x166 FSB)

3dmark 2001SE = 16202
3dmark 2003 = 5506

Results on A7N8X Deluxe with 2500+ overclocked to 3200+ (11x200 FSB)

3dmark 2001SE = 18244
3dmark 2003 = 5690

The numbers are the "default" benches and the ATI 3.7 drivers also the "default" install.

I posted this information as a back to back comparison between different motherboards with the same CPU and video card.

Thanks! (you didnt know it, of course :) But i was doing my psychology research, regarding alterations of peoples attitudes on the internet. Its college work, and unfortunately, you were the random "victim". Sorry for that. However, I'm surprised (at least that's what I'd do) that nobody said something like (to me): "Hey stop it" or "Don't cuss, man". On the contrary, you immidieatly entred the "deffensive" mode, trying add oil to the flame by exhibiting false courageness via utilizing harsh sentence structure!

It is not an alteration, trust me on that.... and be sure you quote me correctly in class...LOL

BTW in my line of work we don't have time to sort out who is "testing" or "trying" us...

The United States military forces will take aggressive action and supply any required aggression against those who threaten our way of life. It is better for those of us who choose to serve this great country to fight and yes... somtimes die "over there" then to let the fight come home like it did on 9-11-2001.
