3d mark 2001 crashing after ocing

do I need to re-install it? It was fine untl I starte bumping up the fsb, now it just hangs up the sytem( hard shutdown required) when starting the test in the first test. any Ideas?

That means your system is unstable. Lower the FSB or raise the CPU Voltage.
