3D for a laptop

Is GeForce2 Go available yet? I'm thinking of buying a laptop, but would really like to get one with a decent 3D card, and ATI Mobility seems to be the only one on the market right now.
 
I think Toshiba might have released one with a Geforce 2 GO card in it. I saw a review of one a few days ago, but the review was in German, so I don't know if they said the laptop had been released, or not. They might have gotten a preproduction model to review.
