I seem to be having some serious 3D problems on my system now. I can run 2D apps and games until the end of time but within 1-5 minutes of running any 3D game my system hardlocks on me. This could be a cooling problem, but I've had the card for over a year now and haven't had any problems until recently. Is it possible that the card is actually getting hotter (and thus locking) with my new A7V board? As for extra info, here's what I've got :
Asus A7V
800 MhZ Thunderbird
256 MB PC100 Kingston memory
Soundblaster Live! X-Gamer
Linksys Combo 10/100 Ethernet card
250 watt power supply
I appreciate any help. BTW, does anyone have suggestions for BIOS settings/drivers for this setup? Thanks again.
