3Com OfficeConnect Firewall Blocks VOIP

I have a 3Com firewall and when I enable SPI and Anti-DoS firewall protection, the VOIP no longer works. Once I turn it off, things are fine. Has anyone encountered this? Does anyone know a way to work around this so the stateful packet inspection doesn't have to be off?
