3COM ISA NIC vs Realtek PCI NIC

I am going to college and am going to be switching from a Realtek PCI NIC card to a 3COM for internet access. Will there be any performance difference between this 3COM ISA and a Realtec PCI. The 3COM is a pretty old card, but I dont think things have changed that much, does ISA limit its speed? This is a 10mbit lan we're talking about, in particular the card is a 3Com EtherLink III ISA (3C509b-TPO) running on Win2k
