How are you trying to get them to work?
Here's what I had to do to get my Hp Jetdirect to work:
Start->Settings->Printers->Add Printer
Local Printer
Create a new port: Standard TCP/IP port
Then the TCP/IP port wizard pops up, and you give it your IP & Port.
The IP should probably be the IP of your gateway, 192.168.0.1, I would guess.
I'm not sure what your printer port would be, as the docs don't seem to
mention them. maybe you could try leaving them blank.
After the TCP/IP port wizard exits, then you can go on installing the
printer driver for your printer.
