This is a Corporate-grade professional WLAN AP, which is a rebaged Symbol Technologies AP4121 Access Point with 100mW Transmission power, Reverse Polarity BNC connector for an external antenna, and a Power Over Ethernet (PoE) power supply which allows DC power to be fed through Cat-5 Wiring. Supports 128-Bit WEP too. This thing retails for $600.
However after a little bit of research, this product is discontinued by 3Com, and the latest firmware is dated 5/02. The reviews say the performance is great but setup may be difficult. But no other AP at this price range has the PoE and 100mW transmission feature.
