3com 905B TX MBA and Windows 2000

I inserted the NIC and restarted and I can't get past the MBA boot-up screen. I get there and can't get past it. Once I remove the NIC and restart, it restarts fine. Any ideas on what I am doing wrong?

That NIC has had some hardware conflicts that can keep a computer from booting. Use another NIC.
