3800 x2 seems sluggish?

I am seeing 2 3800+ processors. Yes I looked but whats uni mean?

well this is getting annoying. CS:S runs like crap. Its like playing on a old Geforce 4,256mb and a 1Ghz with everything cranked up. I got X2 drivers and Optimizer installed. Any ideas how to fix this?
