3800+ X2 , A8N-SLI Deluxe, Dual Video Cards... Not working!!

Here are my specs:
Thermaltake 500W Power Supply with 12V 2.0
AMD Athlon X2 3800+
A8N-SLI Deluxe MoBo
Two eVGA SLI Geforce 7800GT video cards
Dual Channel RAM DDR400, 2 x 1GB
250GB Western Digital SATA, 3.0Gb/s
LG VGA LCD Monitor

So everything's in. I got all the power supplies in. The fans turn on, I hear the harddisk boot.

The problem is, the monitor isn't displaying anything and says nothing's connected. I do have the VGA-to-DVI converter on. Any suggestions? The harddisk is completely blank too.

I've tried removing one of the cards and switching the EZ selector back to Single Card and still nothing....

Just try what is suggested. Best testing method is to try a minimal setup and add parts until you find out what is the part that is having problems. Then comes the hard part, determining if it's that last part that is the problem or some incompatibility with another part that is your problem. Let us know what you find out.

make sure the video card is seated all the way...i know it sounds dumb but iv had that problem a few times....then again im dumb so that isnt saying much.

what kindof beeps is the mobo throwing at you? any posting at all? I know u said u hear the hdd start up and the fans go on....but is the mobo giving u indication of life?

I'm on my other computer now, so different name. I've tried every combo I could think off. I even removed it all from the case and rebuilt it. All I got left is that it is the Mother Board, which pisses me off.

Uh, you can log in to AT on more than one computer with your original user name and password.

Well i just had problem like this with my new system, problem was the processor was bad. You have access to another x2 939 type processor? i had to go to computer store and pay them 70 bux to figure it out since i dont have any new parts other then what i bought. We went thru and nothing worked till we dropped in a diff processor and then everything came online. So if you have tried all the other stuff its either the MB or the processor, so get a processor u know works and drop it in and see if it posts, if so bad CPU

know it sux, sent mine off to RMA at AMD prob be a few weeks before i get mine back so i have new system that cant use 🙁

Well I got another whole computer's worth of parts coming in 2 days with the same specs, so I'll try then. If that's the case, I'm out $325.
