which motherboard, and even then, its luck. your chip may hit 2.75, but it may not. with a good overclocking motherboard, you have a good chance of the CPU managing that speed.

If the CPU is stable at 2.75, then yes, the RAM can run at a 1:1. well, as close to it as AMD run these days (its not "true" 1:1, but you will use that divider)

Nobody knows man. I have had 3 3800+ X2s. For 2.75Ghz one of them needs 1.6v, one needs 1.45v, and one needs 1.39v to prime

Yeah, that should do it. so, all I can say is, hope you get a good stepping, and your chip will do the deed. the Ram will keep up.
