So I plan on replacing my s939 3800+/Nforce4/ddr with an E8400/P35/ddr2. Everything else in my system will stay the same (8800gt, 4hd's, dvdrw, soundcard, tv card, fans). According to the power supply calculator I will actually draw less power with the new setup (even oc'ed). I'm using the 450w Xclio which has been fine, need I worry about getting a better psu? Thanks.

You'll be fine. And yes the 8400 does draw less power. Its built on a smaller proses and is more power efficient due to that proses.

Although the TDP values cannot be directly compared, but I think they 65W E8400 should draw less power & run MUCH faster than the 89W 3800+.

Yes, your newer platform will draw less power then the old one, so there is no need for a new PSU.
