3800+ Heatsink/Fan on new FX-55

I just bought a new OEM clawhammer fx-55. In my system right now is a newcastle amd 64 3800+ (non dual core). My question is can I use the heatsink/fan combo that came with the 3800 on the new fx-55?

The original processor was a single core...so does that make a difference?

It was a amd 64 3800+ not a amd 64 x2 3800+

I'm pretty sure that all amd heatsinks are standard. For example, the heatsink that came with my 3000+ winnie is exactly the same as the one that came with my x2 3800+ a year and a half later.

I don't think you'll have any problems.
