Will my antec 380 true power psu be able to power a 7900gt? The only other thing I have with it would be a seagate hard drive, 4 512 dimms ram, 1 3200+cpu, 2 120mm case fans.

wattage doesnt matter that much, its all about the 12volt rails, how many amps do you have?

It probably will. People run much heaftier systems on 380W PSUs (even antec) without any problems.

If it's the version of the TP380S w/ SATA connectors, it most likely will run fine.

I saw a pic of a Leadtek 7900GT. The heatsink is small! Smaller than the one on the 7800GT. No RAM cooling as well. The card's probably not that power hungry.

I don't think you'll have any trouble running it with that PSU. 32A on the 12v rails should be plenty. I ran my 6800GT on a 350w enermax with 26A on the 12v rail, and the 6800GT used more power than the 7800GT.

I have the single 12V rail TP380, and I know it would run a 7900GT. The new dual 12V rail version is even better.
