3700+ SD oem vs retail

Are there differences in the ocability of OEM vs Retail of the 3700+? I'm going to be running it on a MSI K8N-SLI with 2GB of ram, and a big typhoon to cool it. Let me know which I should get, if I can save ~40 I'd like to

I don't know of any difference - just the box, sticker, and HS/F.

IIRC, the oem has a one year warranty, the retail 3 year.

ADA3700DKA5CF is E6 stepping.

Warranty for OEM is provided by the retailer (3 days to 90 days)............a retail chip has a three year warranty from AMD.
