3700 Corsair on AMD

Is Corsair XMS 3700 memory unnecessary on the Barton 2500+ and Abit NF7-S 2.0? Someone said that RAM was made for p4's

I will probably push it to 225-240....

any other suggestions?

xms 3700 is more or less a waste w/ a Barton or any other amd for that matter

Corsair XMS pc3200 2x256?
Will that get me at least 225 mhz...?
What type (CAS, LL)?

you wanna run your processor at what? 2250*10. i run my 2500+ @ 200*11 with XMS pc3200. the ram can do 225 on very loose timings
