37" LCD instead of 42" plasma?

I just got a Delf coupon for $350 off the 37" LCD.
I've been holding out for a 42" plasma, but with this tv at $1999-$350-$20 for using Paypal, it's pretty sweet.
It'd be about $2100 to the door after tax and buying the 5 year no hassle exchange deal.
Is it worth a look?
Should I watch for the price to go down even farther?

This would fall under the "no interest till 2007 heading". 🙂
I've been shopping a tv forever. If I can get this done my acquisition phase will be over.
I do want a grill cover though... 😉

I looked at 37, and it's just too small. 42 is the minimum I'd go for.

is the plasma hdtv or edtv? get the plasma if its hdtv

yep me and my girl are looking and 37 is not it. 42 seems to be the sweet spot for size and screen.

just need to keep eye out for good deal on 42inch Plasma HD
