Doesn't go into details on what services got hacked, I think Telegram was just the medium used to share the info, it's not what got hacked, if I'm understanding it right. I don't even have a telegram account and I'm included in the list. (got a notification from have I been pwned).
Today is going to be a fun day of auditing all my systems.
