Question 360mm AIO - Best Thermal Cooling?

1) Which 360 AIO that has been tested by you or testers that has the best thermal cooling? List some.

2) Is there anything that cools better than Arctic and EK Elite temperature wise?

3) I have an Asus motherboard that has socket 1200/1700 holes. Does that mean I can use socket 1200 AIO? Is there any difference in which socket holes I use? Would I get good pressure and surface? Any pros and cons between which socket holes I use? Anyone that has tried please tell us your experiences.

the best 360mm AIO is Corsair iCUE H150i if im right (source :google)

EK puts a better pump in their systems than most Asetek based AIOs. Doesn't cool any better, but may have better longevity (pump are typically the weak point in AIOs).
Artic's AIOs have been scoring at the top lately according to Gamers Nexxus, FWIW.

Don't know about the socket layout issues. You'll have to read the manufacturers installation manuals once you narrow down you choices.
