360 users - Do you get the same ads?

I'm just curious - when I first sign in and see the Xbox dashboard, the ads are almost always for Madden or Rock Band DLC.

I've played both of these games a ton, so I'm wondering if these ads are targeted towards me or if they're always on because they're popular games.

My guess is that they're paid advertisings. Typically I see the upcoming releases or just released titles over and over. I guess MS could cater towards the user based on the games played in our profile but, I don' think so?
