If you use the monitors controls to squish the image down to 16:9 then it will be perfect. Just get a ruler or tape measure and measure your viewable horizontal image area then multiply it by 0.5625 to get 
n and squish the screen using the controls so that the screen is 
n inches tall (you'll have black bars on the top and bottom). Then you will have square pixels in 720p on your 4:3 monitor
