Good luck, and keep reminding yourself of the positive benefits of not smoking when you get tempted. And maybe get some nicotine gum/patch to help


I'm on wellbutrin (zyban). I dont like patches and wont do gum, so I'm hoping these meds will do the trick in helping me.
