since my last cigarette. Cravings are much better this morning than they were yesterday. I ran 1.5 miles this morning without collapsing, and it felt good to do it. Hopefully this time I can last longer than my attempt last summer which only lasted 6 months.

<---desperately hoping to quit smoking after 10 years.

oh man, you should have seen me yesterday. Might as well have had a conveyor belt feeding me.

Good Luck, just remeber its going to take your body 10 more years to get back to normal (i.e. cancer, heart attack ect)
risk factor.

try dry spaghetti (uncooked) to snack on. Or pretzel logs! They helped me.

Good for u, smoking had becoming very expensive now, the price I pay for the cig is cheap, but the life of myself and my family including children are priceless.

Good luck, and keep reminding yourself of the positive benefits of not smoking when you get tempted. And maybe get some nicotine gum/patch to help
