36 Gig Raptors in Raid0 Keep spinning up.

So I have to SATA 10,000 RPM 36Gig Raptors in a RAID0 configuration on my P4P800 Delux mobo. For some reason the last few days I have noticed that they just start spinning up (the same sound that it makes when I first turn on my computer).

I noticed that whenever I scroll in a browser it does it, but also it seemes to just do it randomly. My whole computer freezes up when this happens....!!

Are the drives/drive bad? is there somthing wrong with my RIAD controller? Can any one think of why they would be doing this?
