As a long time FSU fan, i'm not surprised. I actually look forward to Bowden being gone...so someone can come in and change things in that program. The old school methods just don't work anymore...and it's obvious Bowden is willing to look the other way often. I hope they get stomped by Kentucky (which they will likely be stomped) and start out 0-3 next season. Considering ~14 players are underclassmen and will be suspended for the first three games next season.

Assuming they have their 71 allotted by the NCAA, they would lose 36, thus have 35 players. They won't be deep, but they can still field a team. Doesn't mean the people in the stands might not be better than some of the true freshmen on the field, but they can field a team.

Seriously! The roster is something like 72 players in NCAA. They literally lost half their team!

Even with all the players missing it turns out FSU was better than Kentucky. They just weren't better than Kentucky and the refs.

Funny thing about this game. I went to place a bet on it in vegas and all betting was off for this game due to all this turmoil. This was on 12/29/07.
