Ok....Seems like everybody that struggles either got a dud chip or is running with all slots full.

Most of the time it's better to go with a pair of sticks to achieve your memory requirements if you plan on overclocking also....Although it can cost a little bit more it's less hassle in the long run.

Did you try bumping up your memory voltage a little bit to see if it helps?
