3562 On 3DMark 2001 SE?

I have just installed 3DMark and i turn down all of the settings to the minimum but i still only get a score of 3562 is this normal?

Specs:
K7S5A motherboard
Radeon 64MB DDR VIVO
Sound Blaster PCI64
40Gb Hard Drive
Win XP
1Ghz Athlon
384Mb DDR RAM
Any ideas

Also i am going to get an Athlon XP 1900 will this make any difference?
 
Thats not a bad score for a system like yours....I'm thinking your bottleneck is on the CPU and video card. Also the K7S5A with the SIS chipset is not known to be the fastest guy on the track either...If I were you, I would be happy with those results. And yes, you should see a pretty good performane increase with the XP 1900+
