512MB PC3200 RAM
CD-RW Drive
Floppy Drive

and also..the one Im looking at is an Antec P4, it will still work with a A64 system though, right?

Yes. Assuming you get a quality PSU 350 watts will be fine. And Antec is quality, so you should be good.

350 watts means NOTHING. NOTHING. A Deer 350w is not the same as a Fortron 350w.
A 2GHz Athlon64 is not the same as a 2GHz P4, either, is it?

People all around are using 300 and 350w PSUs. But they aren't Powmax, L&C, Deer, etc..

That ANtec would be the minimum, IMO.
