3500 + Newcastle [Overclock suggesstions]

hey guys.. this is my rig :

Amd Athlon 64 Newcastle S939 3500+ L2 cache 512kb
Cpu Stepping : DH-CG
Cpu Clock : 2200 Mhz
Cpu Multiplier : 11.0x
Cpu FSB : 200Mhz
Mobo : A8V Deluxe Revision 2, VIA K8T800Pro
Memory : 2 x Corsair VS512MB400 - 512Mb PC3200 DDR [2.5-3-3-8 @200mhz] (512 x 2 = 1 gig) Command rate 2T
Gfx : nvidia geforce 6600gt agp
HDD : WD 2 x 200gb

could some1 suggest what i should change in the BIOS.. keepining in mind my mobo.. i want to o/c to something faster but stable.. i've checked all these details in Everest Ultimate Edition 2006 and with cpu-z

sorry but im kind of a newbie wid this kinda tweaking..
