3500 dual channel ram...what to buy

I am looking for 3500 dual channel (2 512 sticks) for my DFI Lan Party mobo. I want to keep the price down, and have found Mushkin 991091 for 215.00. I was also considering Samsung for a little less. Both have CL at 2 / 2.5. Any thoughts on which is better? I am currently using Samsung 2700 which works just fine.
Or??Another brand under 230.00?

Take a look at this ram. PC3500 CL2 2.5v for only $197. I just bought some of the PC4000 and it works flawless. This vendor also has a no restocking fee policy.
