3500+ Clawhammer vs Winchester

Which would be absolutely better? I understand the differences between the two cores I think, and am looking to purchase one. All that being said, I can't really find definitive one way or the other...

The Winchester is a hair faster per clock due to cache latency improvements and runs cooler. The Clawhammer performs better at sub-0 temperatures. So, unless you have phase-change cooling, the Winchester.

TBH, i'd likely go for a Clawhammer, since after reading the massive thread at http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums, i think you are guaranteed a better OC with the Clawhammer aka Clawcastle 😛

But really, waiting for Venice is a better idea.
