It will most likely be enough.. That x800XL isn't that power hungry..

I would Agree with DcDude, a 400w would be a good investment.. Maybe even the Tru430..

I have a Sparkle 350 that can power this system I am currently running one ( just never tested @ 2.7ghz though :p )

Try it, if it you hit some bumps, or your voltage rails seem low, buy a new one!

it might limit your overclocking a bit,but if you run stock there it's more than enough power.

Most computers (even OCd) should run fine on a stout 350Watter (Seasonic or Zippy for example). If you're talking multiple HDs all starting at the same time, then you might have to "bump it up a notch". But seeing as how the XClio 450 at <$60. shipped from newegg costs less than either of those, the chioice becomes a simple one.

Since you plan to OC, I would get a bigger PSU.
Don't go crazy though, 450W is plenty.

just make sure whatever you have is really high quality. get something from a well respected manufacturer, and with lots of amps.

350 watts is plenty, make sure you have at least 16 amps on the 12 rail 18+ preferred.
