350 pt. gain in 3dmark2001 good?

i only overclocked my cpu from 800 to 900 and got that much gain, is that substantial?

well i set an irq priority entry for the cmos/system timer and got 40 more and i was happy 🙂

350 is a nifty little gain.

From my experience, you can test several different times on 3dmark and get results that are +/- 50 points away from the first time you tested, even though you didn't change anything between tests. So a 40 point gain might not actualy mean anything 😉

350 points is a hefty gain. Probably the video card was just craving a little more horesepower.
