From what GPU Review has on them, the 3450 may be slightly less awful.

Both cards are pretty lousy, unless you are looking for use in an HTPC with absolutely no gaming. In which case you'd probably be better off with a 4850e + 780G motherboard (lower power consumption, about equivalent graphics power).

If you're looking for a gaming card on the cheap, go with an 8800GS or 9600GSO for about $125 (link).

Your 3450 link goes to a 2400Pro card. Here is a right link, I think:

I'd take the 3450, a little bit better performance, and costs a little less.
