3400 or 4000

All, I'm looking at upgrading and am debating going with the 3400, 3800 or 4000. The clock speeds are all the same (2.4ghz) but the Cache goes up with the CPU model.

I was wondering if it is really worth it to go with a 4000 over the 3400 or 3800?

It is doubtful that you will see much of an improvement with the increased cache size at the same cpu speed unless you run apps that take advantage of it. For general usage and gaming 512kb L2 is fine. I would get witchever one is the cheapest on socket 939.
