I have a weird problem. My ClawHammer 3400+, combined with the DFI Lanparty UT nforce 3 250gb is not overclocking correctly. I have recently upraded the bios to the 9/14 ones, but I have had this problem before flashing.
What happens is that when I turn off thermal throttling (or otherwise set my multiplier manually), Windows says I'm running at a said clock speed, but when I run CPUID or other similar programs, they say I'm running at the bare minimum, as if my multiplier was running at 4x, and my CPU voltage at 1.1. Why is it doing this? If I set it all to auto, Windows sees it as the bare minimum, but the actual speeds are higher. I do not want to use all auto settings!
