32GB MSATA laptop adding a OCZ Vector to try and boot off of it using Acronis SOLVED

First of all when got the SSD installed I booted up GParted and it said it was a GPT disk, I deleted all info and formatted it as a NTFS disk it is 480GBs.
I fire up Acronis True Image and it says it is a GPT disk so I add new hard drive in TI and initialize as MBR. I then try to recover the image of my OS using TI and it doesn't see the disk!
I have tried to make it not see the MSATA drive by formatting it in Gparted to some Linux disk format. But no matter what I try to do it will not see the drive I need it to.
It does see both drives in add new hd but whenever I try to recover an image all it sees is disk 2 which is my MSATA drive and then I even tried to restore to that out of frustration, but when I click next the next screen showing both drives, everything is grayed out including next.
Please help and thank you.

I am trying something different. I removed the Vector. And now TI saw and is doing a sector by sector restoration of it. My idea is to then replace the Vector and see if I can clone the MSATA to it.

Both True Image and Clonezilla failed.
I can boot off the MSATA but not copy it to the OCZ Vector.
Please help.

What I did was boot into windows and created a new simple volume on the Vector. I then ran TI and cloned the MSATA to the Vector(it saw it and it wasn't grayed out!).
I then changed the boot order so that MSATA was last and SATA was first. I booted up everything looked good. I then ran GParted on the MSATA and deleted it's partition and formated it NTFS GP kept giving me errors about my drives being GPT when they weren't.
anyway back to windows and I created a volume on the MSATA and now have an extra drive.
