perhaps then try complimenting her on that part of her body. when you are intimate, really focus on them and tell her how much you love them.
 
It might have been a test to see how you feel about the twins and her in general. If she has low self esteem and was looking for a boost (or if you're maybe a bit distant), she didn't want to hear you mention surgery at all. If you actually used the phrase "just fine", that won't cut it either. You might need to go back and ask for a do-over in a romantic setting.

I think any woman who wants to get her boobs cut up and bags of goop stuffed in them so people can know how insecure she is needs some serious counseling.
 
Bigger isn't always better. Heck a small B is pretty close to optimal for me. Just because some loud obnoxious guys like larger sizes, doesn't mean the rest of us do. Don't let her fall for it; she doesn't want the loud obnoxious guys any ways.

I hope she learns that she is beautiful as she is and many, many people like her that way better than if she were bigger.

It doesn't work for everyone, but I think the statistic is 1/4 of women get bigger with birth control pills. It is the closest thing there is to a pill to do that trick.

Or get fat. Obesity is the only guaranteed natural way.

Get knocked up like has been suggested, then after the kid is done feeding sell the breast milk on the internet to maintain the bloated jug size. Extra income and bigger tits.
 
I have heard that if you give them a good massage every night for 90 days it will help...if you miss a day though, you have to start over.
 
Tell her again as you already have that you are very happy with the way they are now. Suggesting surgery only made her think you were lying when you said you were happy. Should have stuck with I like them the way they are period.

And I agree with a lot of the other people! Just show her you like them. Maybe that what she wanted in the first place?

I don't know about that...some women just have small breasts and would like them bigger...last girl I was with was like that...she was pretty damn sane, just wanted a little bigger bust size...she was quite small though...small A...had to end it shortly after...yeah, I'm superficial.
