Yeah, I would even say if not OC'ing, you could even save yourself some $$$ and forget the DFI mobo. Just grab an $80 Chaintech VNF4 and take the extra $50 to buy some silencing, PSU or whatever.

its not hard if your patient and willing to learn. zebo has a great stickied thread at the top of the cpu forum but it's not real descriptive for a first timer, it just works, and well. makes alot more sense a week or so later.

there are more guides elsewhere, hard oc, extremeoc and if you are getting the dfi be sure to go to dfi.street. and poke your head into any thread with the "i can't oc , help!!" thread. this is pretty good

i'd go with the 3200 and a dfi ultra-d. i spent an additional 50 to get the sli although i'm not really sure i'll ever need/use it, but it's there anyway.
