Which should I get? is the 3200+ woth the extra $40 just for the 10x multiplier? I plan to OC a little bit but nothing too extreme.

It may be.....If you think about the HTT needed to get a very easy (according to A64 poll) 2.4-2.5ghz you will need an HTT of 267-278.... This is not a certain in all boards and 1:1 is likely out of the equations unless you drop big bucks on some high end memory....166 divider will get down in the 440-460ddr range...

However most all boards will pull the 240 to 250 HTT range just fine and a 166 divider will be closer to 400ddr and be fine for most current pc3200 ddr......

It make the overclocking easy no doubt...

bang for the buck is the 3000+'s, but take some more serious ocing to get to same levels...

When the new Rev E3's are available I am going to go for the 3200+ just for the fact the 9x multiplier will make the HTT far too high IMO...The 10x multiplier should be easy fro most baords to 2.6-2.7ghz and with my neo2 I know it is good to 300HTT...
