3200 or 3500 Winchester?

Price difference between these two chips seems to be around $60-$70. Is it worth it to spend the extra cash to go from 939-90nm 3200 to a 939-90nm 3500?

Also, how much do quality heatsinks usually run for? I am considering an retail chip, since I like the fact I get an AMD heatsink/fan plus a warranty on the retail for only an extra $10. I am new to overclocking, so I am open to the idea, just a little wary of the risks and the actual how-to. Also, I really don't know how much a good heatsink/fan would run me.

Thanks in advance for any replies.

Decide how comfortable you feel with overclocking. If you're not really going to get into it, you are probably better off saving $40-$50 by getting a Newcastle core. You can then apply that savings toward a 3500 Newcastle (only $35 more than an overclocked 3200 Winchester, and no need to pay for a custom heatsink/fan).
