3200 CPu only reading 800Mhz

I was playing with the Genie BIOS on my Lanparty Dfi ultra-d and after a reboot I noticed that the clock speed shown by windows is only 800Mhz, rather than 2Ghz as normal. Any ideas? Please help

assuming you didn't set it there - I'd guess it's just the Cool N Quiet.

C'n'Q for sure.....or are you looking at the HT speed instead?
