3200 CPu only reading 800Mhz

I was playing with the Genie BIOS on my Lanparty Dfi ultra-d and after a reboot I noticed that the clock speed shown by windows is only 800Mhz, rather than 2Ghz as normal. Any ideas? Please help😱
