32" LCD TV

Im looking for a good 32'+ LCD TV, can anyone please recommend good brand names, ones that it would be hard to go wrong with.

I don't want a DLP. Need it thin.

It will be used for gaming XBOX360, PS3, pc and, movie watching.
I do not have any planes to ever hook it up to HDTV.

480i
480p
720p
1080i

1080p would be nice but I under stand it's till new.

Is SHARP a good brand name? What other HIGH quality names are out there?

Samsung and Sharp's are great LCD TV's but can be rather $$$. They also have lower resolutions 1366x768 and I didn't find the quality over DVI to a computer that great.

I would recommend you look at a Westinghouse 37" from Best Buys:

Since you don't care for HDTV, you wont care it is only a monitor (no ATSC/NTSC tuner). This set has great picture, and is a perfect match for people who want to use it as a gaming system or HTPC set, because of it's high 1920x1080 (1080p) resolution. The price is also a lot better than the name brands, often being had for the $1700 range (check online).
