32" 2k monitor 249

Costco is going to have an HP 32" 2k 2560x1440 monitor for 249 later this month. I run this size at work and it's great. Think 1920x1200 24" monitor x 150% dimensionsc with same pixel density. My refurbished BenQ was 330. Not sure if this is the same VA panel.

How would non-members of Costco approach this? Is there a trial membership you could test out or start right now, which would last long enough to let you qualify for making purchases as a member at Costco later on when the monitors go on sale?

Both Costco and Sams Club both offer full refunds at any time (stated on their websites) if you are not happy with the membership. Not the most honest or ethical thing (as in not at all) to do if you have already decided you don't want to keep the membership,

But outside of that, Costco rarely has any need to offer free or trial memberships as they keep growing. Plus, they will then have all your info in their system, so if you did this again, they would kindly say "bye bye" to you forever.

Why not sign up for a year and see if you like it? They have some good deals year round.

My friend ordered my some slippers on Costco.com , and just had to pay a surcharge, because he's not a member.

That's true on some of their items. But many of their best (often electronics) will be marked "members only", especially the Black Friday deals.

You are right. Most of the items you can buy for a surcharge, but limited time specials i'm pretty sure you have to be a member.

P.S. That is a pretty sick deal on a 2K 32" LCD. Not my cup of tea as i also use mine for gaming, but for someone doing photo/video editing primarily or just a lot of movies that's a monster.

There's a chance the $25 off $250 online order coupon codes will work with this as well, bringing the total down to $225 before tax. I guess the coupon goes off the original price, at least that's what it did for a recent Chromebook deal that was $200 after $90 off.

I might get this, since I'm more into photo editing now than gaming.
